- Good faith statement: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

- Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Important Warnings
- False Claims: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
- Legal Consequences: Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that you are the actual copyright holder or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
- Complete Information: Incomplete notices may not be processed. Please ensure all required information is provided.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. A counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider or user who posted the material
- Take reasonable steps to notify the user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
If a proper counter-notification is received, we will provide a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we will restore the removed content in 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that a court action has been filed seeking an order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Fair Use Consideration
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of your copyrighted work constitutes "fair use" under U.S. copyright law. Fair use is a legal doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders. Examples of fair use include:
- Commentary and criticism
- Parody
- News reporting
- Teaching and education
- Scholarship or research
Misuse of the DMCA takedown notice process, such as submitting a claim when you do not hold the necessary rights or the use constitutes fair use, can result in legal liability.
